When my baby started solids and teething at the same time, I found it easy to grab a tin of fruit salad (in natural juice),
drain it and use the stick blender straight in the tin. Volia; instant pureed fruit at a fraction of the time and cost.

Making a Loaf of Bread Last
My mom lives alone and was having a hard time using a loaf of bread before it went bad. Now, she buys the bread she likes, divides it into packages, and wraps it in plastic wrap. Then she puts each package into separate ziplock bags and freezes it!

What to do with Leftover Veggies
If I find I have celery, green peppers, or other veggies in the fridge, that I
don't have an immediate use for,, rather than let them go bad,, I chop them up, put them in a ziplock freezer bag and pop them in the freezer. I have them on hand, already chopped up,, when I'm cooking

Kids Fighting Over Dessert?
My kids used to fight over who got the biggest piece of pie, cake, or anything along that line. Now one of the kids cuts the dessert into pieces and then the other kids choose their slices first. This does work!
