Here is a tip for parents with school age children (especially more than one
child in school):  Make up a "form" letter to communicate with your child's teacher.
List such things as "dr. appointment", "need to meet with you", "special project
questions" or any other choices that you feel need to be listed.  You can also
add a section to write any personal comments. Just type it up, save it to your
computer or on disk, and when you need, just print it out.  I have found this to
be very helpful in communicating with my children's teachers.
