I work full time, so during the weekend I cook all my vegetables and get my
leftovers ready too. I separate them into portions and put them in zip-lock bags.
Then I put them in the freezer. From Monday to Friday (because my husband works night shift) my little daughter and I enjoy a very quick but nutritious diner. My husband takes his lunch to work the same way.
