Tip for Potty Training

Currently, I'm trying to potty train my 27 month old daughter. I've had great success by having her older 5 year old brother help to cheer her on. He pees in the potty first to show her, encourage her, inspire her and then he chants along with me "you can do it, you can do it!". If my daughter goes pee pee in the potty she gets one M & M (yes, I'm using bribery) and her brother gets one too. So there is an added incentive for both of them and it really is working wonderfully!
