Stay Calm While Talking With Your Kids

No matter what happens with your kids, ALWAYS let any situation calm down and go
back into the room your kids are in and sit down with them and talk about what just
happened.  I know this is common sense, but MANY people NEVER attempt it.  My oldest is 16 years old and we to this day talk about EVERYTHING - OPENLY.  It is wonderful. They want to be heard and listened to.  Remember any relationship is give and take, or it will NEVER work.
